Yes, www.logickeyboard.com uses Geotrust online security and trust solution
for payment. Transactions make use of DanDomain Paygateway, which is
approved and certified by PBS. All communications between DanDomain
Paygateway and the cardholder goes through an encrypted SSL connection,
which protects all exchanged data from being viewed by other parties.
All exchanged data between DanDomain Paygateway and the PBS transactionserver
is encrypted as well.
How
do i pay?
You can either pay by credit card or via bank transfer, (Invoice will
be e-mailed or faxed).
However, if you choose a banktransfer there is a fee at the amount of
20€ within europe and 20$ within the USA.
VAT
is added to my order but I am not an end-user, but a European company
with a VAT number?
When you order, pls. write your V.A.T. number in the VAT field, you'll
then not be charged the VAT.
However, your VAT # will be controlled, and if it's not approved by
the EEC your order will be deleted.
When
is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
How do you ship my goods?
All packages in the USA will be shipped with Fed Ex. (fed Ex ground
/ Second day). Packages to rest
of the world will be shipped with UPS. (Standard / Express). No shipments
can be made to Post Office Box addresses.
Can
you ship to my Post Office Box?
We do not ship to Post Office Box's.
Can
i use my own shipping account? Yes if possible, but we'll charge a administration fee for this
service.
Mail the shipper name and your acc. # and we will arrange your shipping.
Difference
between Advance line and Pro line keyboards? The difference is that the Advance line keyboard has
all white keys that have had the colors printed on the top surface of
the keys as well as the text. The Pro line keyboard has
had fully colored keys installed in place of the white keys and has
the text printed on the top surface. Knowing this, I think that if you
look at the photos on the web site you will see the difference.
Apple
Pro Keyboard: Beware that you need to change the F-keys to work as
F-keys. To
make all the functions keys working as Function keys, you must either
press the Fn key (not present on Windows keyboard) and then the function
key of choice, or you may use a preference for turning the F Key Presets
on and off.

Yes, we only use the original Apple Pro keyboards.
Does
Your Apple Pro keyboard have two ports, including one for my mouse,
such as the regular
apple keyboard has? in other words, does the color keyboard have all
that the regular apple has?

Can
i use a G5 keyset on my G4 keyboard?
No, G4 keyset's are not compatible with G5 keyboard's and viceversa.
Do
i have to install drivers?
No, all keyboards come with predefined colorcoded shortcuts.
Does
your keyboards come with any instructions? Should I have a leaflet?
This is not something that is supplied with the keyboard as standard.
You will have a full explanation of the shortcuts highlighted on the
